Brokerage Process

Introduction

In our initial meeting we work to understand  the state of your business, goals, locations needs, and delivery time to market.

Market Search

Post the Introduction, we develop a market survey report based on your companies needs and assist you with identifying the most optimal locations for your company..

Tour

We schedule a date to tour your top locations finalizing the tour with the best location for your company.

Submit Proposal

We develop and submit request for proposals (RFPs) to the landlords of the top locations. We then analyze the terms of the Letter of Intent(LOI) for comparison and the  decision of the top option.

Finalizing Deal Negotiations

Once we reach mutually agreed-upon terms per the LOI, we consult with each parties legal counsel and execute the final lease agreement or purchase and sale agreement.

Follow Up

After the agreement is executed we follow up with you to ensure company satisfaction. We also remain accessible to for future needs or real estate requirements
